Pricing
Every tier includes the whole spine — sources, escalation, acknowledgement and the timeline. What changes is how many people you can page and how many rotations you can run at once.
Paying annually gives you 2 months free on every tier.
For a family, or one person working alone.
$9 / month
For a small roster that takes turns being on call.
$39 / month
For an operation running several rotations at once.
$119 / month
For a larger operation, or a search and rescue team.
Let's talk
Priced on your roster and what you need from it.
Nothing about how an alert is raised, escalated or acknowledged changes with what you pay. Sources, on-call schedules, escalation, the phone and desktop apps, the timeline and the API surface are the product; the tiers size it.
There is no service level agreement at this version, and we would rather write that here than leave you to infer it. AlertRoster delivers on a best-effort basis over networks, carriers and push services we do not control, and no tier changes that. When an SLA exists it will be a contract with numbers in it, not a line on a pricing page.
AlertRoster is a call-out notification and escalation tool. It is not an emergency service and it does not contact one for you. It should be one of your arrangements, never the only one.
Move up or down whenever the roster changes. Paging does not stop because of a billing change — an alert that goes undelivered over an invoice would be the worst thing this product could do.
Tell us how many people are on the roster and how you take turns. We will tell you which tier that is, including when it is the cheapest one.
